Sign in to Game Pass
Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and console Game Pass are different memberships. A game that appears in the console catalog is not always included for PC, and the reverse is also true.
- Open the Xbox app or the Store and check the account picture. Switch accounts if the membership lives on another address.
- Open Settings in the Xbox app and confirm the membership status shown there.
- If you just subscribed, sign out and back in so the app refreshes the license.
- Install PC games from the Xbox app on the PC. Console games install from the console’s Store.
