Request a refund from Microsoft Store

1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com with the account that paid, and open Order history.
2. Select the order and look for a request or return option. Digital items have a shorter window than many physical returns.
3. If the item was bought on a console, you can also start from the order history on the console.
4. Refunds go back to the original payment method. A gift card portion returns as store credit.

This demo cannot look up orders or submit a return.
