Present a PowerPoint slideshow

- Press F5 to start from the first slide, or Shift+F5 to start from the current slide.
- On the Slide Show tab, turn on Use Presenter View when a second display is connected. Your notes stay on the laptop.
- Open Set Up Slide Show if the audience screen and your screen are swapped, and pick the monitor.
- If fonts look different on another PC, embed the fonts from File > Options > Save, or use fonts that come with Windows.
